I ordered my transpro heat press from proworld yesterday and got the press today, so excited to open it but first thing I noticed when I pulled it out of the box was rust dust and rust marking on the packaging foam, the user manual paper is old, and lastly there was a paint chip on the side and it shows rusting so I figured they must have sent me an old stock hopefully I can have it replace.

Ya that doesn't sound right I got a 15x15 press from proworld and it was perfect. Give them a call and they should help you out.

I am not sure what their practice is, if they check the items individually before shipping or not, but looks like its an old stock. Maybe has been that way since it arrived at their warehouse.

Yeah, I think it's one of those unit sitting at the bottom of the pile. Even the manual paper looks old.

Proworld is good with customer support. They should be able to tell you with the serial number what year it was mfg'd. Depending on what brand it is, there may have been upgrades after that date. Call Pro and I'm sure that they will work with you.
