PROWORLD TRANSPRO 15x15 PRESS TEMP KEEPS RISING?

Hi guys..

I purchased a Transpro 15x15 press from Proworld a few months ago. I just plugged it in and turned it on, set the temperature to 315 degrees but the temperature keeps going past that. What should I do?

I followed the instructions.. press SET, pushed UP ARROW button until it read 315 degrees, press SET again.. but the temperature keeps rising.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I could be wrong on this but after I turned it off it seems like the heat is still on and rising. I just unplugged it.
