Proworld should go back to using packing slips

I order from Proworld pretty regularly. I never had a problem with orders until they quit using packing slips. I think almost every order since then has had so sort of problem. They always take care of it and the custer service is fine. But its just a bit annoying. The last order I placed they forget to include my inkjet transfers...I e-mailed and they are shipping them out today, but now it seems they hit my credit card for shipping, so I have to make another phone call. Its just wasted time. I'm all about going green, but not if it hurts the quality. Anyone else having issues?
