My problem is that all settings are okay, the machine goes correctly in paper-out/roll-cut in home position,green light flasching, but I can´t send a print-job (Progress 0% on HMI). I can only print in manual mode. I have replaced the power-supply, the DC-Board and the Y-Board. On the HMI all other functions work.
Can anybody help me with this problem.

Not sure from the messages what went wrong. I know there can be issues if there are unrecognized fonts. If you have fonts in the print, can you convert all the fonts to artwork or curves, then try printing again?

The log is telling you that during the sending of the data over the USB port the printer (The Blazer) stop responding.
There was no RIP problem, (you can check that with View Raw Data).
But the log is quite clear.

This is telling you that its timeout trying to send data
[Output]: Write failed
It has failed to write the data to the USB port.

Its given up trying.

[Output]: [USB Port]: Total Number of Bytes Sent: 69152

Check the length of the USB cable and if you are using a hub try and eliminate it. Use a high quality cable.

What happened on the printer, did it start printing ?
If its not a cable issue, it could be an issue with the USB on the main Epson board or if the printer stopped for some reason then you should have seen a retry / cancel message coming up, did you ?

Probably worth giving EZ a call for some advice if you have eliminated the cable.

Thank you for help.
The printer didn´t start printing. The port is only in ready mode open.
I have a one meter cable, but I will try it with a new one.
The fastrip tells me "printer is locked in paper out/roll cut".
When I go to the index position and push reload in the manual mode, than it´s possible to print - the USB-port is open.
I sent an E-Mail to EZ and I hope, I get an answer.
