We just recently completed about 200 hats. I did the digitizing and then sent the design to a professional to tweak it. It was basically a golf club, golf ball and some lettering. It just seemed flat on the hats. When I look at professionally done hats, they seem a little more raised that what ours looked like. We did put topper (solvy) on the hats and used a medium tearaway on the back. Are there any other products that we should consider for future work like a really thin puffy foam or a thicker solvy?

Thanks!

I use bodybuilder foam when making sticking out designs, however you need to account for this in digizing process.
