This should be an easy question for all you folks out there.

When printing a run with XL and up...do you have to adjust your design to accomodate for the extra fabric? In other words...do I need to enlarge my design so that the print would run a but larger...or do you leave it the same...and adjust the tshirt so that the print is in the same area on the shirt?

Just looking for a bit of clarification.

Depends on the order. If you have an order with sizes Small -2xl, I wouldn't adjust. It would be too much work to have two sets of screens. But if the order was for sizes L-3XL, then maybe.

The only time I resize things for different sizes is if the client wants youth and adult sizes. Once size for youths and one size for adults.

it depends on the client's interest. sometimes, depends on teh designs if we didnt enlarge the graphics for the bigger sizes, it will not look nice. normally, you can do 2 or 3 sizes with same screen and when go with more sizes, screens may have to enlarge.
