I am in the process of formulating a business pitch to sell to local, historic business in my area. essentially, I would like to design and print a t-shirt for a specific local business and sell it on my site. The companies Im interested in are ones with a history in my area. Obviously, it would be a great promotional vehicle for them, so Im struggling with how to sell this-do I ask for them to purchase t-shirts at cost to cover the printing? Do I need to offer them a % of the sales? would I ask them to coveer the design costs?
How would you go about this idea?
The shirts would be similar to the Steve and Barry's fake business t-shirts but they'd be for actual businesses in the area.
