I haven't yet done any 4 color process yet but if I remember correctly, and someone correct me if i'm wrong, when doing 4 color process on black (or dark garments) you need to actually have 5 colors... c, m, y, k, and a white underbase otherwise you'll run into color problems like you described.

HI, i am new in t-shirt printing and i have the first problem 4 color process on white t-shirt look good but in black t-shirt color change. is this a film problem??

Printing 4 color process on darks is very tricky. I have not tried it in a few years, but there are several on this forum that have done it succesfullly. Do a forum search and read the previous posts.
