Hi guys!

We are currently having problems in perfecting our whole shirt printing process. Ok na kami with exposure time, strokes and such pero we are still having problems with registration.. Here is our step-by-step process in printing. Please do tell us where we can improve.

1. Artwork Preparation
2. Print color separated designs with registration marks
3. Align all artworks using tape in one master platen with stopper
4. Put double adhesive on each artwork
5. Put frame, with t-guide and screw-eyes, on the artwork and let the double adhesive stick the artwork to the frame
6. Repeat on all artworks and Expose
7. Wash off
8. Printing stage

The problem is kapag nag-try na kami mag-print ng first color sa shirt, ung second frame hindi na nagpapantay tapos ung misalignment niya on different shirts ay iba-iba din. it seems na ung t-guides ung kailangan i-adjust on all platens imbis na screw eye.

If medyo malabo ung procedures, we may be able to explain it if you ask details. thanks!

Pero sometimes, simpler methods works just as fine.

Ito ang pangalawang style ko inspired also by youtube and some loca printers as posted. .

May masking tape ako sa salamin complete with registration cross. Ito gamit ko ngayon, mas mabilis, and inspired by sir J.
