Hi All,
i've been running a 7600 and now a 7800 with out problems, for years, thanks in part to info
from this group.
I have also an R2400, just out of warentee. It was printing away normally, when it sucked in
a thick wad of papers, and started banging againts them. It was a minute before I realized
and stopped everything. Now I get no ink at all through two jets. Is the head damaged?
Repairable?
Have tried multiple head cleanings.
