have anybody had problems ordering from newmillford photo. i order heat transfer paper from them on june1,2010 i did not recieve a complete order. i got 1/3 of my order. i called and called and emailed them over and over. finally i spoked with bob who apologized. i asked for a refund of the balance he owed me. that was by than 26 days later and i still not received any refund or paper.i talked with bob again after several calls and emails.
he said he would send me the balance of the paper and my refund as i requested. he did not refund my money as i lost orders waiting. he did send the paper after 30 days of waiting. i will never order from the again.
