Hi, I am having issues with my printing. I have made tons with my heat press machine, I tried several options like 170C- 115 sec, 180C-200C for 40-60 seconds. I am using an Epson T60, with sublimation ink and paper. My machine and paper is Quaff brand. I am still having a ripple effect. I don't know what is wrong. The image doesn't turn out nice. Also, how can I upload a photo here so I could show you guys what is wrong and what I am trying to say. Desperately need help

I like to press with the protective plastic still on the case. it takes away the ripple and gives the aluminum plate a gloss shine.

^ thank you. I will have to try that later. What temperature and time are you using for that?


Attached some of the sample prints for your reference. Still looking for the old plates that went wrong. Also, I have noticed that the sides aren't flawless. Like the edges are darker.

If the paper shifts when you're taking the paper off, it can cause "ghosting". If there's a texture in the finish, it's from too much pressure or heating it too long.
