Problems with DTG Viper2

Wonder if anyone had the same problem and what they did about it. I own a DTG Viper2 which is just under one year old. The problem I encountered was missing white ink nozzles on the nozzle test. It seemed to be clearing up after a few plain normal cleaning and power cleaning. After getting a better result I shut down the machine for the night but the next day the digital screen was showing the following error message: " No Ink Cartridge, Replace Ink Cartridge" All ink cartridges are fully in place checked and made sure by clicking the cartridges out and in. Turned the machine off and on, same message. I am waiting for the DTG technician for nearly a week and wondering if the Print Head would be OK since I am unable to run the machine at all.
