Problems with cch2o white

I just received my pink superfilm today to give me the white h2o effect. However, all I am getting is a transparent film, no color at all. Tried all different pressure settings. Anyone have any suggestions?

If anyone from Stahls answers, any idea when the black will be off back order? Would like to get some asap.

Are you applying at 400F for 10 seconds, medium pressure and peeling hot?

The Black Superfilm is due in on June 5th.
I was doing 400 @ 20 secs. Too long?

I tried it at only 10 secs and nada, no white. Any other ideas?
Is your print area free of seems, buttons and such? Are you using a Teflon Pillow?
Are you putting it on the shirt correctly? If still no color, try turning it upside down. Also make sure you are using enough pressure and that seams etc are not raising the surface just high enough to not be able to reach the film. If you have any blank mousepads you can put that under the film and see if that helps any.
Yes it is on the shirt correctly.

I am using a print perfect pad.

Pressure is good.

Temp is good.

All other colors come out fine. White is transparent. No color to it at all. Just a transparent film.
100 % cotton. I ran test pieces next to each other. Grey, pink, Burgundy, red, all come out fine. Just the white doesnt show up.
Strange. I'm thinking, Nick will help you out.

Do any of the above messages apply to your roll such as the texture of the adhesive?
My replacement roll turned out the same. It has a "mesh" like look to the adhesive side.

That would be great Nick. To be honest, I am giving up on the white. I would prefer to get a black roll if at all possible.

BTW, I love Stahls! Best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

hi nick my roll also has a mesh pattern on the backside. no white, just transparant. problem is that i'm in EU, ordered a roll in US to test the h20....

I have used this material before and did not have any problems with it. The material does seem different from the first time that I purchased it. It feels and looks a little bit smoother and shinier.

I will call customer service on Tuesday and try to get it replaced, but in the meantime, you should be aware that this is still happening.

Well, I sent back this product as I stated I would...2 months later, I have have no reply from Stahl's Canada. Called them 2 weeks after I returned it, thinking that should be plenty of time for them to "Test" it. They said they would follow up. They have not.

It is now May 23rd and I'm still waiting. Guess I will have to call them again. In the meantime, are they selling defective product???
