Not sure if this is the right section but we are experiencing problems with the color grey. The CMYK code is correct, printers heads are cleaned all the time. The problem I believe occurs during the heat pressing of material. Say for example we are heat pressing grey softball pants. On the same roll of paper, using the same roll of pants material we will get different shades of grey. It usually has either a red or green shade to it if that makes sense.

Usually if we see a red tint we think it may be from the printer and we need to clean the heads. If its greenish we think its from the material.

Could there be another cause to this? Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Not the most experienced in sublimation printing, but I do know black sublimation turns reddish brown if pressed for too long.
I would also agree that the greenish color is from the fabric turning yellow.
