I'm hoping someone will be able to enlighten me on my struggles through greatcut and my new Puma III.
I'm having an issue when I send the file to the cutter. When I first load the material, I select "Edge". The cutter spools up and moves the blade to the front right edge of my material. When I go to Greatcut and click on "Output" the material unrolls about 3 to 4 feet or more, then returns to the edge and starts cutting.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I would just like the cutter to start the cut and not unroll. I've searched the internet but cant find any setting that I might be missing in Greatcut.
Any help would be appreciated.
