Hello,
two days ago my printer started making the white underbase in
colourful images divided in vertical two parts: brighter and darker. The brighter part is always on the left side of the image and around 3 inches wide.
I tried with different images and it does it everywhere, even when the images is not rectangular. I preinstalled the whole software package, I cleaned the encoder strip and there was no effect. Do you have an idea what causes that?
