Hello. New cartridge, and this is what happens. ideas? (White is replicating on a second drum pass)?

apologies. OKI 711wt first necessary cartridge replacement.

I've been using the WT920wt for several years and have never seen anything like this. Weird.....

Is the replacement cartridge an OKI original or an after-market?

If an original OKI, I'd be on the phone directly with Okidata support!
