hello everyone. maybe one of you know the solution for this problem:

eco2 starts normally. goes into the boot routine. table moves back and forth a bit, lines are vented. everything quite normal. then the carriage with the print head moves once to the left and back again, and from this point on the upper display goes out. the lower display shows "please wait". nothing works, only switch off. Where could the problem be? no error message is displayed. We cleaned the print head beforehand and installed it again.

Did the issue start after the head was removed and repositioned? Usually this issue is due to the head creating a shortcut and it can be either an issue of the cables or the head it self. You can contact our support team here (Support | POLYPRINT (polyprintdtg.com) ) to help you out further but as a first suggestion, if you feel comfortable interfering with the printer electronics, is to remove the head cables from the mainboard. Those are CN 69, 70, 71, 72.

We strongly recommend getting in contact with our local supplier for this kind of testing though, to minimize the risk of damaging the printer further.
