Hey guys

Im currently having an issue with SignCutX2. Basically, when resizing my image above the size it loads at, i get two serated lines which i never used to. This also seperates the cutting process into two

Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with SignCut... Cut Studio does something similar, it sets the size of your cutting area based on the printer settings for the cutter. Check your cutter settings and see if there is a way to change the size of the vinyl?

It looks like it has something to do with tile size, but im not 100% sure. Ive tried adjusting the vinyl size which it says is... 100x100 but this is greyed out so i cant change it.

Ive got a job going out later and this has really buggered it up

I can get rid of the lines by right clicking them but then when i try and cut it tells me all tiles are deactivated. If that helps?

Just gets worse, i have found that increasing the tile size and locking it will allow me to increase the image size without the lines but the SC x2 hangs with NOT RESPONDING when cut is pressed!

Shocker.

What does 'tile' do in SignCut? Is that a boundary thing like Illustrator's artboard? If so, your tile is smaller than your image size.

Any ideas?

Have you tried reloading the software? Could have gotten a bug...
