My Epson sheet tray stopped recognizing that there's paper in it. I keep getting the message (Media out or not loaded correctly). I figured it was a sensor problem and I took it to the shop. The Technician confirmed that it does sound like a sensor problem. Two days later, it was ready. I printed four sheets without issues and then the same problem came back.
I called the shop and was told to bring it back and they'll try changing a, b, c, and some other stuff including the motherboard.
My question is: did anyone had this problem before? I suck at technical stuff and I don't want this thing to cost me an arm and a leg while they're trying to figure out what the problem is.
I appreciate any help I can get.
