Take the syringe at the top of the cartridges inside printer. Pull the priming plug and pull up till you get a ml of ink in syringe. If you didn't prime them when you got the system you should do all of them. Discard any ink you pull out then do a head cleaning or 2.
Problem with just one color
HELP anyone if you know!!! I just bought a CFS system for my epson 1400 printer. I had a very hard time getting this to work but after hours, it started printing. But now all of a sudden, the yellow will not print and I dont know how to fix it. I have a sporting event that i am suppose to be heat pressing at in 30 minutes but can't do anything without this working. please reply if you know how to fix. Thanks

I have the big separate bottles on the outside of the printer. Are you saying that i need to pull the part inside the printer? When you say prime do u mean vacuum pump the air from each tube?
Where the cartridges would normally go where the tubes hook up there should be a plug. You will remove the plug and use syringe to remove air. This should have been done at start up epson print heads should never be run dry.I have the big separate bottles on the outside of the printer.
