Problem with BE-1201-AC-PC
Hi, for first, i’m So sorry for my English but îm French and I don’t speak English very well.
I have used BE-1201-AC-PC when I buy last month.
Doesn’t work
When I put ON the start button the machine switch ON and initialize them.
My problem is no have connection between the machine and the computer.
My RS232 cable is new
I open the CSCS program (don’t know if is the good name) and the embroiderer is not detected (I think it is the case because in the bottom right it is written "unplug") but the cable is connected
Have you got solution for me please ?
