I loaded up Flexi 7.6 about a month ago and its been working great. Yesterday I scrubbed some old programmes that I ve never used to try speed my pc up..things that have been on for years..cant remember what tho. Now when I click to load flexi it goes thru the loading process and when its just about loaded up it comes up "This application requires that a hardware key to be installed, but none was found" and doesnt open programme up. Can anyone shed any light on this...it would happen when I receive my first ever order!!:confused::confused:

Thinking about buying this...this comes with a dongle. Should this be straight forward to download and set up to the correct com port etc and is this a fair price to pay? I couldnt set up the last software to save myself so guy did it on teamviewer for me..it was far too technical for me...dont want to buy this and not be able to set it up!!

Yep I obviously wasnt aware it was ripped off til you replied. Thats why I asked if the link I put for flexi 10 was ligit....I guess now looking at your link that it aint due to the price! Just looking for an original version of flexi...at an affordable price...an older version is fine as solely use it for cutting after pasteing from my serif. Anyone tell me where I can get this seeing as tho I cant tell whats real or not?

I wasnt aware you could cut straight off inkscape? I tried inkscape to be honest and didnt like it. I bought serif prior to trying inkscape and found it better...just finding compatable cutting software is a problem. Most my designs are b&w vectors of photographs and on serif this is easy...tried it unsuccessfully on inkscape...my computer skills it has to be said leaves nothing at all to be desired. Going to college one afternoon after the summer to do an illustrator/photoshop course...til then its serif all the way!

if you are going to buy any software then i would go with coreldraw, its excellent and can be bought relatively cheaply on ebay, i use x4 mostly . flexi is like an easy to use version of corel. we do wide format print also so other benefits from x4 ...
