We are having trouble with T-jet 3
Light load, error and ink related.
Windows does not recognize the printer.
I tried with USB and 1394 connectors.
Could someone help?
Stick with the USB connection forget the Firewire, tell us what lights are on, solid or flashing? also as stated which version of windows are you running, also the version of your RIP software would help too.

From Hawkeye in our Support Department:

To diagnose this properly we would eeed to find out exactly what the load error and ink lights are doing (flashing, solid etc). Did you replace any parts before it started to do this? It could that a ribbon cable going to the mainboard or c-board is unplugged or incorrectly plugged in. Or you could have a blown C board or epson main board.

Hi
We were working normally and stopped.
I use windows XP.
Two fuses with the problem. (F1201 and F2)
It has a green light from the C-Board that does not stop blinking.(D202)
Installed external fuse, but F1201 fuse burns.
Someone has Schedule C-board and mainboard, to check the connection cables?

Thanks

Same issue maybe the c board? solid power, ink, load, and error. after you hit the power button the printer auto to load and moves up 1" then click sound and instant solid lights.

all i did was move the printer from one room to the other.
