Hi all.. We are a small sign shop in Waupun Wi... about an hour from Milwaukee.... we are just going to be getting into doing heat transfer onto shirts and other items and are looking for any advice we can get... so please if your willing to help out a newbie... we are a husband and wife team and like I said we are looking for any advice we can get... thanks again Todd & Heidi... Welcome to the forums. Some good advice is to read every thread you can on these forums. These people have covered just about every topic you can think of. Alot of knowledge around here. What type of designs will you be making? What type of printer and heatpress will you be using?
Good questions to get the conversation going I'd say!

well we are wanting to do like mostly photos... we have lined up some clients already that are taking pics with the products they are selling and wanting them put onto mugs and such to give the customers for a thank you for buying their product.....and maybe doing like car shows and stuff like that where we can go out and take a pic for the people or use a pic they bring in... we are lookin at a geo knight dk20s press and an epson 4800 printer... any suggestions?

Dye sublimation is the best way to go for printing on mugs, tiles, mousepads etc. T-shirts can also be printed but 50/50 blends must used. Like Thomas said these topics have already been covered in detail in past threads.
