Is it totally horrible to try and print a layer of white, flash with a heat gun, then print a layer of bright pink using the SAME screen without washing it out? As in, two inks on the same color arm, one after another?

I don't mind if the ink becomes a little swirly or whatnot, just trying to find a way to put down an underbase without resetting the shirts and having to mess around with registration all the time; I only have a two-color press but have a design that didn't include an underbase.

Won't work because you won't have white for long.

You could always print the pink or the other color, flash and then hit it again. It's not going to be as bright but it's better than having a light pink.

Another thing you could do is print the white the clean the screen out with screen cleaner then use your pink ink

If you have a two color press, you shouldn't have to register it but once. Making and aligning screens are just par for the course in screen printing.

As above, not sure why if you have a two colour press you are trying to print two colours with the one screen?

Well, 3 color job, 2 color press. One color is an underbase. No flash, as you suggested you want to use a heat gun.I'd send the job out.
