Hello,

Please somebody help!!!! I'm freaking out... I printed the Jet Pro Paper with the ink pointing to the Heat Plate instead of putting the ink pointing to the T-shirt. Of course the transfer paper got stuck into the upper plate. I just remove the paper but the ink is sticked to the plate... how can I can clean the plate??? what an stupid mistake I just did!

Hi Kaov,

I would first, while the platen is hot, use a wet cloth and wipe as much off as you can that way, and then if you can, buy a can of Iron cleaner to use to to get the remainder off. Hope this helps

the problem is I needed to leave the palce where the heat press is. I didnt know what to do so I turned off the heat press. Probably by now is cold.

Just turn it back on and once it gets hot, do like BobbieLee said and wipe it off with a wet rag.

Then get some Ez Off iron cleaner or something similar. There are members here who sell it ... just use the search function above.

P.S. No need to freak out. Most of us have done this at one time or another. It's definitely NOT the end of the world.

Yep, just heat it back up and wipe with a wet cloth while hot! No biggy though, so take it easy. lol
