Printing Reflective Tee Shirts

I have a local town that wants me to print Safety Tee Shirts that have the reflective stripes down the front. They showed me a shirt that they currently have with the printing on it. It looks like a type of heat pressed vinyl. Does anyone know what type of vinyl would stick to a 100% polyester shirt and the reflective tape? Thanks!
