I have a customer that would like a large logo screen printed on the back on some Cavenders 100% cotton button down shirts. He didn't want them embroidered. These are pretty rigid shirt, would it work OK on these?? I have low bleed ink, but im not sure if there is a bleed problem with something like this. Ill include a link to the shirts he is wanting.

If you have not printed over buttons, pockets or seam lines before I would say go to a thrift store and get a couple junk button downs and test yourself. at more than $10 a shirt your price. I would play it safe. as for your ink I can not help you. I stopped using 100% plastasol 3 years ago. but I do know low bleed ink is to stop the color of the shirt from showing thru the print. Hope this helps you.

Dye migration does not affect 100% cotton. So you'll be ok using regular plastisol. If you're doing the back you shouldn't have to worry about buttons or seams. But King's suggestion of printing samples is a good one.
