It's going to be hard to do that without a gap because of the shoulder seam. It will also be difficult to line up as it will probably have to be a 2-step process.
If the design is just around the neck area, I was able to get a size medium t-shirt over a 15 x 15" board so that the neck opening was in the center of the board. You could do one print this way, but the logo won't go too far down the front or back of the shirt.
Using transfers might help as well.
Ultimately, I would have a good think about what could be done, discuss the limitations with my customer, and charge a premium price as it's going to be a challenging job.
