I had a call about printing some single color, single word on 1 legs prints

Will regular plastisol work, or get the ink for polyesters or get the stretch additive?

Where i am getting lost is on the dye migration & curing about 290 degrees.

Waterbase will reguire a dye blocker and a low heat cuter
