I laid some white vinyl onto the underside of my kiteboard and then overlaid a graphic ontop, but the edges certainly look like they are going to peel away on the first time I start ripping. I punctured small holes for the fin screws so that the fins would clamp the vinyl and prevent total peel off, but still think it's going to fall away immediately.

Was looking for a tape or something for the edges to keep it on - I just need it to stay on for some photoshoots, but it would be nice to have it stay on long term. Was considering using a heatgun to soften it and squidge it for some adhesion, but certainly just using the adhesive alone on the vinyl will not be enough

Richie we use vinyl's that will work. Arlon 6000 will not come off. we print them on rolands xc540
Awesome! Thanks for the info! To be fair, my board had seen a little bit of action before I laid the vinyl, but it was still in pretty good nick. Very few ridges or holes at all, and none near the edges at all. It laid on remarkably smoothly.

I'll check it out - is it just a better adhesive, then? I was using standard sign vinyl, (I forget which, exactly, but I can check later)
