I have a customer who is very good to me who has been asking for several years for me to print his company logo that i designed for him on ties for his execs. (like 100 or so ties). It is a two color logo (neither color overlaps or touches each other). and I am wondering if anyone has advise on printing them. I have a four color/four station press and conveyer dryer. I have plastisol ink on hand. Please help thanks

I have done ties, I have the polyester or silk fabric printed and then cut and have the ties hand sewn. So we are actually making a tie, not printing a blank tie.

You may also want to consider a transfer, should be able to print a few up on a sheet and stamp em, assuming you have a heat press.

water based. hand iron. I'd assume if you made some kind of jig you could print similar to paper as the fabric won't really change shape like a shirt would if you move it from platen
