If I had a choice I would only print metal.
Here is an example of our work. Each section can work within the size of your press. The total picture is 24"x 36". Do art or photos. Buy the aluminum from any dye sub vendor and job out the paper transfer, profiled to print on Metal. smile.

We use...Mutoh Printers
I was picking up some apparel at our supplier a month ago and while looking at some sub blank apparel in the lobby another customer asked if we did sublimation. Told her not currently but we ended up talking for half an hour almost. Apparently they just added a Mutoh to their business. I told her to give me a call when they worked out pricing to print the transfers for me. Haven't heard back from her yet but they are probably busy getting used to the new printer. Might have to order a sample from you to see what they are like.

Sorry did I miss something? Dye sublimation
Print on paper, transfer it to all the above with heat press 400 degrees 45-90 seconds. Done

hahaha... Give me a few... err.. uh... months... hehehe...

My most sincere apologies, didn't even notice the category, just admired the work...

I'm a screen-printing nut and I might just try something like this... Some vinyls, maybe semi-transparent... 5 colours tops...

run of 50ish...

So, I'm guessing the whole thing is quite shiny, especially the sun eh? Looks spectacular, and people really dig aluminum(rightly so). I've seen all kinds of side-grinder art with stainless and aluminum.

Can you transfer onto stainless too? How big can you get this stuff printed??

15 colour screen print:
