Hi

I recently completed a job that was 4 colors including an underbase on gildan 18500 hoodies. The prints came out fine but boy did I have to take my time with that underbase. I had a fresh pallet with fresh tape and I still had to spray web adhesive after each hoody just to keep them from adhering to the back of the screen. It took me about a minute a print for the underbase alone on a 110 screen. I reduced the ink down alot and that helped but still had to spray each piece so it wouldnt' move. Any suggestions for the next time I have to print a big white shield on a fleece?

You can also try to pre heat the pallets. This will make them more sticky. Also, this will warm up your ink a little so that it becomes easier to print. With some types of sweatshirts you'll just have to keep spraying to make sure they stick. Maybe some extra pressure on your stroke will help too. This will push the garment more on the pallet (adhesive).
