Printing discharge on dark grey 100% polyester

I have someone that wants a lot of shirts with colored ink of dark grey 100% polyester shirts. I've only worked with discharge and water-based inks so far. Is there any way to do this printing job with what I have? I read about a bleed blocker and warp drive fore the low cure times, but have never used them.

As noted, discharge is not an option.

However, regular waterbase will work. With some inks you may need something like WarpDrive to get a good low temp cure. I use Permaset Aqua on poly blends up to 50/50 without any sort of additive. Just cure at a lower temperature for a longer time. I'm sure it would work on 100% poly, I just don't offer such a garment.

You'll want to experiment and let the test garments sit for at least a day before undertaking production, as it can take 24 hours for sublimation to show up.

I cure with a heat press, which can make it easier to keep tight control on cure temp. Using something like WarpDrive will give you a wider margin for error, and might be required with hybrid inks like Green Galaxy ... don't know.
Thanks. I wasn't sure if there was a work around. I guess I'm going to have to start practicing plastisol.
I have about a month and a half to test for this job, since it's a large print run. Maybe I'll experiment with warp drive and some low cure temps. I suppose I could also try to talk him into a lighter color as he is willing to compromise for what works.

Regular Plastisol is as subject to the effects of sublimating polyester as any other ink is. They make special blocking or lower curing inks for poly. Be it WB or P, you need to change things up a bit to print on things with high poly content.
Would bleed blocker work? I've read that it sometimes works for a base.
