Printing color charts for sublimation

Have my Epson printer (1430) and will be getting my Cobra profiles shortly. I will be doing hard substrates and fabric. I was just going to buy poly material from the fabric store to print off my color charts. What is the best hard substrate to print the color charts? I've read about coated metal panels, but can anyone be a little more specific? Thank you so much.
