Just realized safety green is 50/50. Should I use the light pretreat first because it's barely going to put down white. Or use the color
Hirt pretreatment. Also what profile, I'm think color profile with some color boost. Thanks

Zero white, all black. Assuming when using color profile and not black it would automatically lay some white down. But thinking about it now it prob doesn't because than would make black a little grayish.

Light pretreat and double pass black only you should be fine cure like you would for a dark shirt

Light Pretreat Spray

350 degrees
Press for 30-40 seconds full pressure with parchment paper make sure its dry
if turned dark let it cool down before printing

Lay down 2 layers of colors (no white) treat like a white shirt

Hover or light pressure for 30 seconds no paper -don't let the press touch the shirt

60 seconds full pressure with paper

let press release remove paper to let out steam

press again 60 seconds full pressure with paper

again if shirt turns dark after 1st press let it cool for a few minutes then 2nd press

You are laying down too much ink.. you can try 1 pass with the light pretreat. what is your CMYK configuration? You may not be getting a dark enough black.

Also, make sure your light pretreat is completely dry (hence the full pressure).

Let me rephrase, I'm doing two passes a standard white layout, and it's perfect, but in pass when I did single pass of high res it would bleed. Where do I go to change cmyk settings, or is that before you bring into rip

normally the bleed on the high res if from the white highlight layer. just turn it down or off. my white underbase is usually sufficient and the white highlight is unnecessary and causes pooling which bleeds with the CMYK.

but to print a dark black on safety green, you don't need white ink. just pretreat and then print the CMYK layer at 1440x720 and you should be good.

That's what I was trying to say;).. the light pretreat is for the polyester and CMYK ink not white ink.

Sorry my words are coming out horrible tonight. I understand no white ink, that is what I am doing. I ment was when I printed just cmyk before the different colors bleed. What is the steps you take to make image 1440x720
