I'm printing a 24 inch design on the front of the shirt, i'm going to buy a flash dryer, is an 18x20 inch flash dryer enough? could i just move the flash dryer a little higher and have it dry it evenly? does anyone have any experience with this?
thanks!

What iv'e got is a dummy platten beside my press and i flash on the press and move the shirt to the other platten, and cure while i load another shirt...if the design is to big I slide the shirt under the heater intead of moving the flash over it...I think it works better that raising the height and having a slow cure
An ir thermometer is handy for this, its a bit tricky at first..but easily done.
16x20...good choice..mine are 16x16 and i can cuere 13x19 prints

are you just doing a flash with the it or actually trying to achieve a final cure? If just trying to flash you could easily move it around to get a flash. just touch it. Once your ink is dry to the touch its flashed. may be time consuming but youll get it done
