Just upgraded to a new laptop computer with windows 8 and upgraded to Corel x6. When I go to print my positive, my printing options for paper size are only letter, A4, postcard, and 4x 6 I need to be able to print my positives and have no way of changing to 13x19 (superb). When I switch my printer back to my old computer with Corel 11, I have no problem and under properties I can switch to several different sizes. On the new computer, I no longer have "properties" but it is now labeled "preferences" and no way to change the size. Any help would be appreciated.

Are the drivers for the specific printer model loaded
on the newer computer?

When I got a new desktop and plugged my printer in it defaulted to some generic properties which allowed printing, but with limited options.

When I downloaded the actual drivers all the options became available.

This is the problem in win 8 and Corel X6. Just open your printer make the custom size and save it as 13x18. The it should always appear in list. If you just change from Corel as you print it doesn't save and you have to set a custom size each time.
