hi, i use a kornit breeze 921 DTG machine. the issue im having lately is when the printhead comes across to print on the garment it starts to smear the the print. ive check the high to make its the right distance,cleaned all around the printhead and tray but no use.
has anyone come across this problem.

Sounds like you might have a nozzle in the print head slightly clogged and diverting ink.

hi steve, thanks for replying. ya i purged the white inks(there was a bit of air in the lines) and did a test print, it seem to work better than i was printing yesterday.i changed the ink to new bottle so hopefully that might push more ink out.
have you the same machine & if so, have you ever had problems like this or any other.

Do not have Kornit but this would be a common issue with many DTG machines.
