Hello everyone,
I am having an awfully hard time with my magenta and yellow nozzle check printouts for my T-Jet Blazer Express. The magenta nozzle check pattern began printing irregular last spring, I was informed that it was missfiring by US Screen, and has lowered the magenta print quality. Last week the yellow nozzle check pattern had a similar print and has been missfiring ever since. Now that two of the colors' print patterns have gone haywire the finished images that are printed on shirts just doesn't match up to original standards. Has anyone else had this problem, or anything similar??? Does anyone know how to fix this or any idea in the first step to correcting this??? Any help will be much obliged.

Dan,

If you are getting the majority of the lines on those colors not printing when you do a nozzle check and power cleanings do not open them then you will probably need to replace the printhead. If you like you can call our service division at 800-408-0040 or 201-797-1504 if you would like one of our techs to go through it with you.

Harry,
Here is the reason that I am kind of stuck and seeking more options. The magenta nozzle check pattern originally started printing out irregular last winter, we worked at it with US Screen for almost 2 months before they simply sent us a new printhead to see if it would fix the problem, and it did. Then in the late spring the magenta's nozzle check patterns printed irregular and has so ever since. We just cannot afford buying new printheads every few months.

And to clarify about the nozzle check patterns: every single line prints for the magenta and the yellow, the problem is that the lines are not printing in the correct places. Some are too high, some too low, some too far left, etc. It is not as if the nozzles are clogged and therefore missing in the nozzle check pattern.

We have also tried alignment after alignment after alignment with no success.
