For tshirt transfers use plain paper or matte paper setting. Matte paper will lay down a little more ink.

Quality should be 1440 dpi, it will print faster at this settings. In some cases 2880 dpi will tend to have less banding issues though. 5760 dpi is generally overkill.

I set edge smoothing on.
