printer port has been removed error

Hi we have a printer port has been removed error on our DTG Viper this came up out of the blue two weeks ago we have tried reloading the whole program Kothari print pro and deleting the printer and reloading it nothing works there is no printer port listed in the port manager on print pro and none in the rip please help this printer is a never ending problem :(
