One of my neoflex will do 5 or 6 runs , and than not return. not sure why I have it on 25 passes, and my other keeps going, are they any settings in the rip software that im missing.

Is this the one you just bought used? Most likely base issue not RIP or Printer.

This is my original I bought, the 2nd is rubbing like a champ.

It could be a problem with the rear sensor on the back.

it just a little weird because when I do runs of 2,3,4 its fine its when I do bigger runs it will stop and I will have to hit the standby button, but when it comes forward it will start printing again. the printer says hit the pause button, but I never pressed it originally
