Printer is printing but no ink comes out, nozzle check was great and printed

We have been using our machine and we did a clean on it. We did the nozzle check and it printed great. We went to print on a shirt and the printer moves like its printing but no ink comes out. Please help!! Its a newer machine, only been used for a week or so. Any suggestions would be very helpful, thank!!
