Although a lot of them came out good i had a handful that came out like the picture. Where am I going wrong here?
I used:
a 305 yellow mesh screen
enviorline black water based ink
a 70 durometer squeegie
on a vac pallet
I'm not sure if I need a softer squeegie? Maybe a 230 or even a 156 mesh screen? Or what? I had to drive this ink so hard making 2 passes on each that my abs & back are killing me today (the next day).
I had an absolute blast developing & designing these for my products but i don't think the printing is supposed to be this hard.
Thanks! I really had a lot of fun doing it. I hope to get the printing of them straightened out & offer it as another service. I'm so used to plastisol ink..
