You can outsource the screen printing.

Also you can buy a single color hobby setup from Ryonet (silkscreeningsupplies) that attaches to a table top. Works pretty well. They also sell a regular one color one station screen printing press.

It's really not hard. I finished 60 t-shirts in a couple of hours from exposure to curing. That's about $150 per hour.
