Hello to all, i purchased a graphtec ce6000 60 for the print and cut feature assuming i would be able to operate easily being i have experience with other vinyl cutters but this one here is different.

I am currently using graphtec studio.

I cannot get the outline path for cutting. Ive tried the same steps as the videos ive watched and no success.

Would anyone be kind and possible give some pointers?

It's not the way I would do it, but it should get you started.

I notice that Graphtec Studio is just a cobbled-down version of Silhouette Studio. Personally, I'd always do my vector outlines in other software (VectorMagic, Ai, Corel, etc) and import it, rather than use the horrible Trace function.

the trace function is really good for me in studio (better than ai or any of my other graphics programs)

remove the white background from image, convert to b&w, adjust levels to make image all black
save as transparent png, bring into graphtec software, select for trace and use high-pass full right on bar
delete black image, bring in color image, center it on trace path, print and cut
